Our Policies

* Relationships with you and your pets are the foundation we build our business on. We will schedule a meet and greet at no cost to you before any new service or any location change to be sure everyone (especially your pets) will be safe and comfortable.

* A key will be required even if a keypad is used for visits. Technology is great but if it fails and we can't get in your pet won't be happy.

* In an emergency we will do everything possible to use the veterinarian you have on file. In the event they can't be reached or provide immediate service we reserve the right to use the veterinary service of our choice. Any services rendered will be your responsibility and payment will be due with your final bill.

* There will be a 20% charge for all holidays.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

We require 50% deposit to reserve your pet sitting visits. We have a 7 day cancellation policy for our overnight pet sitting visits. If you cancel before this time you will receive your deposit as credit to your next service. Any cancellations made within the 7days of service will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made 24 hours or less of scheduled pet sitting visits will result in full payment.
